1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following words have the meanings given below:

• "Vestapath", "We", "Us", "Our" refers to the workshop organisation operating at 51 Soi Ari 4, Phaya Thai, Bangkok 10400, Thailand.
• "Service" means our website at https://vestapathd.pro and the workshop programmes we offer.
• "User", "You" refers to any person using our website or registering for a workshop.
• "Workshop" means any session, programme, or membership offered by Vestapath, including the Getting Started workshop, Records Tidy-Up Session, and Year-Round Learning Circle.
• "Content" means all materials, including printed resource packs and digital communications, produced by Vestapath.
• "Agreement" means these Terms and Conditions together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website or registering for a Vestapath workshop, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or attend our sessions.

You must be at least 18 years old to register for a workshop or submit an enquiry through our website. By doing so, you confirm that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement.

3. Service Description

Vestapath provides general educational workshops and administrative support sessions focused on pension and retirement records. Our sessions are designed to help attendees understand the layout and terminology of pension documents, organise their records, and stay informed through ongoing peer learning.

All content delivered in our sessions constitutes general information and education only. Nothing provided by Vestapath — whether in sessions, printed materials, or digital communications — constitutes individual financial, legal, investment, or tax advice. Participants are always directed to appropriate official bodies for personal queries.

Our workshops are conducted in English at our venue in Phaya Thai, Bangkok. Session availability is subject to scheduling and group size limits.

4. Workshop Registration

Booking

Registration for a workshop is complete upon receipt of a confirmation communication from Vestapath following your enquiry and payment. Places are limited and are allocated on a first-come basis.

Attendance

Registered participants are expected to attend on the confirmed date and time. If you are unable to attend, please notify us as early as possible via the contact details below.

Learning Circle Membership

The Year-Round Learning Circle is an annual membership. Membership grants access to the scheduled seasonal talks and peer discussion sessions for a period of 12 months from the date of registration.

5. Payment Terms

Workshop fees are as follows (all prices in Thai Baht, inclusive of printed materials):

• Getting Started workshop: ฿3,500 per person
• Records Tidy-Up Session: ฿7,400 per person
• Year-Round Learning Circle membership: ฿11,600 per year

Payment is accepted by bank transfer or other methods confirmed at time of booking. Full payment is required prior to attendance.

Cancellations and refunds

Cancellations made more than 7 days before the session date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made between 3 and 7 days before the session date will receive a 50% refund. No refund is available for cancellations made fewer than 3 days before the session date. In the case of cancellation by Vestapath, a full refund will be provided.

6. User Responsibilities

As a participant, you agree to:

• Attend sessions in a respectful and courteous manner towards other participants and facilitators
• Not disrupt the session or share sensitive personal financial information belonging to others
• Not record sessions in any format without the prior written consent of Vestapath
• Not reproduce or distribute Vestapath materials without permission
• Use our website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others

7. Intellectual Property

All content produced by Vestapath — including session materials, printed resource packs, website text, and workshop structure — is the intellectual property of Vestapath. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive licence to use printed materials for your own reference only. You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from Vestapath content without our written consent.

8. Disclaimers

Vestapath's workshops and website content are provided for general educational purposes only. We make no representations or commitments regarding the accuracy, completeness, or applicability of any information to your individual circumstances.

Nothing in our sessions or materials constitutes financial, legal, investment, or tax advice. Participants are solely responsible for any decisions they make in relation to their own pension records and are encouraged to seek appropriate professional guidance for personal queries.

We do not represent or endorse any particular pension provider, fund, or third-party service mentioned in session materials as illustrative examples.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Vestapath's liability arising from or in connection with these Terms or any workshop shall not exceed the fee paid by you for the relevant workshop.

We shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses, including loss of income or financial opportunity, arising from attendance at our sessions or use of our website.

We shall not be liable for failure to perform our obligations where such failure arises from events outside our reasonable control, including force majeure events.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vestapath, its facilitators, and team members from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or your conduct during a workshop or on our website.

11. Termination

Vestapath reserves the right to refuse or revoke workshop registration at its discretion, including where a participant's conduct is disruptive or in breach of these Terms. In such cases, any refund will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Learning Circle memberships may be cancelled by the participant at any time; no partial refunds are available for the unused portion of an annual membership term.

12. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. In the event of a dispute, we encourage parties to first seek resolution informally by contacting us at [email protected]. If informal resolution is not possible, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Thai courts.

13. General Provisions

• Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Vestapath.
• Severability: If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
• Waiver: Failure by Vestapath to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
• Assignment: You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our website or attendance at sessions after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
